NAHN Denver Chapter Scholarships NOW OPEN
NAHN Denver Chapter Scholarship:
Two $2500 scholarships will be awarded for the spring semester and two $2500 scholarships for the fall semester. These are rolling scholarships due by December 1st, and May 1st.
Margaret Romero Abeyta Scholarship:
Margaret Romero Abeyta was a Trinidad High School graduate, a single mother of seven, fluent in four languages, and a nurse’s assistant. Her family has graciously donated two $2500 scholarships to nursing students to enter into the nursing workforce to continue Ms. Romero Abeyta’s passion for caring for the Hispanic/Latine community. One scholarship will be awarded in fall 2025 and the second will be awarded in spring 2026. Application is for fall semester is open March 1st, 2025 and due on May 1, 2025. Applications for spring semester will be open October 1, 2025 and due on December 1, 2025.
