NAHN Denver is hosting their first health fair in Denver! We are excited to have gathered the following community partners to help us in our goal of improving the health of our Latino communities: Denver Health, UCHealth, Vuela for Health, Sun Bus/Melanoma Foundation, AACN, CCBN, United Way 211, Jefferson County NA #20, Donor Alliance, CU Latino Reseach and Policy Center, Rocky Mountain Poison Control, Lions Club and Kind.

We will be offering the following services and education:

Vaccinations: Starting at 11 am – 3:30 pm or until capacity is reached

Colorectal cancer screenings and education

Skin cancer screenings

Breast cancer education

Heart health education and hands-only CPR

Blood Pressure screenings

Diabetic screenings and education

Vision screenings

Asthma education

Kidney and Liver transplant information

Information on organ donation

Mental health education

Information on sun safety
